Sessions can be one-off, short-term, long-term, or open-ended—there is no pressure to decide upfront.
I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to see longer-term success, but it is up to you how long you want to continue counselling with me.

In the days that follow, it is normal to experience heightened emotions as difficult feelings surface.
This is part of the healing process. Continuing counselling helps you work through these emotions, leading to deeper insights and lasting change.
As your counsellor, we will build a relationship based on trust and confidentiality.
This will encourage you to speak freely during counselling where I will really listen and not judge you
However, if a topic arises involving a safeguarding concern, we will discuss the possibility that I will need to extend confidentiality to appropriate people.
